At 35, I’m finally at that point where my career in Plumbing Sales actually feels like it’s going somewhere. I’ve put in the time, dealt with the headaches, learned the tricks of the trade, and now I’m finally seeing commissions that match what I know I’m worth. It’s a weird mix of feeling proud and still hungry — like yeah, I’ve come a long way, but I’m not done climbing. And honestly, it feels good to finally see the hard work paying off instead of just hoping it would someday.
